Participated in a five-month
management placement, co-operative education program at Kreuger
International where I had an overview of the entire business realm and
shadowed each manager in their particular functions (i.e.- plant
manager, human resources, customer service, accounting, etc.). Each
morning I attended daily production meetings with department
coordinators and participated in the routine activities of each
manager. From this experience, I left KI with a keen knowledge of the
business atmosphere through a managerial perspective. |
